Liam has always been one to love cuddling with his super soft baby blankets, and like most babies..wait, he’s no longer a baby! (tear) Just a minute while I get control of my mommy emotions……
Phew. Ok. Where was I…
Like most TODDLERS, we have even had to take quite a few of his blankets and buddies with us when we leave the house. Our record so far is 4 blankets and 12, yes 12 stuffed animals! It was quite the car load.
Well, lately he has taken it to a whole new level, or what we like to call “Extreme Cozies.”
He now cuddles with whatever textile he can wrap his fingers and toes around. Yes, I said toes.
With thumb in mouth, and fingers wrapped around the blanket, he then figures out how to get his toes in the action. Hilarious.
But it doesn’t stop at blankets. Oooooh, no. Here is a list of the recent “Extreme Cozies” he has recently cuddled up with
1. Baby blankets
2. Any sheet
3. Nana’s dish towels
4. Mommy’s skirt (just about had my buns exposed in the middle of the grocery store!!)
5. Nana’s gaucho pants
6. Our driver seat’s back protector
7. My table runner
8. Kitchen & Bathroom rug
9. Brother’s sleeper PJ’s
10. Kitchen curtains…which now have lil’ food stains on them
This kid cracks me up. He loves the textiles, and never passes up the chance to cuddle up and be “cozy.” I wish I had more pictures of him doing this, cause it’s pretty fun watching him rub things between his toes and fingers.
And it looks like Cohen may be following in his big brother’s footsteps. This baby loves him some cuddle blankies!
