As I’m typing this, my now walking 15 month old is pulling everything in reach off my desk and conveniently placing those items in other rooms and I have collected at least three rolls of toilet paper snot balls in my waste basket. Red nosed mommy and Liam have been sick all weekend, and judging by the fact we are still in our pj’s and have puffy eyes, it’s not letting up. Good times had by all. Luckily for my hubby, he has so far escaped this blessed treat. Since the second attempt at nap time has gone to the gutter, we have turned on Elvis Presley on Pandora and are having a dance party.
Once again it’s been awhile since I’ve blogged. But never fear readers, the rants will continue.
My sweet husband who has a horrible and yet quite lovely habit of spoiling me, recently bought me an ipad2 of my very own! I have been enjoying catching up on all the blogs I love, with such a light weight and not to mention cute device! I’ve even given it a crafty background! But, I have come to a sad realization from my blog exploring: I have a bad habit of just looking at all the beautiful pictures and not actually reading what these wonderful writers have to say! Is that how I want others to visit my blog?! Certainly not! So, I have decided that even if it means downsizing on the number of blogs I read at the moment, I WILL READ THEM!
On another note, baby #2 seems to be cooking well and our Doctor seems to think this one will be quite the bruiser as well! Joy of Joys! At least we have a good supply of bigger baby clothes! 🙂
In some upcoming posts, I will hopefully be posting information about my new Esty shop (if I can get my act together), and some of the other wonderful Stay-at-home Mommy blogs I love!
