Family Day at Dutch Hollow Pumpkin Farms

These are a little late getting posted, but I really wanted to share the photos my wonderful hubby took while we visited Dutch Hollow Pumpkin Farms!

Liam toddled around saying “wow” and always tried to pick up the biggest pumpkin he could find! What a lil’ man! He was not to fond of walking in the hay, which to him, hit him right at the ankles and tended to tickle…lol still pretty cute! We picked out our favorite pumpkins, even one for Baby Hill and then loaded them and Liam up in the wagon for some exploration time! I personally LOVED the hay pen filled with corn! Since I am a very aesthetic person, I think I probably enjoyed it more than the kiddos that surrounded me! Oh, and I’m still finding corn kernels in my car!
probably Jerad and Liam’s favorite part was playing on the huge orange tractor that the farm had brought out! Liam just couldn’t get enough of “driving” that huge thing and I think Jerad was enjoying it to!
The only small downside to this day’s adventure was the heat…it was about 90 degrees, which doesn’t really feel like fall. So while we were attempting to pretend it was a cool crisp fall day out at the pumpkin patch, all three of us had sweat running down our faces. But that did create a wonderful opportunity to get some ice cream afterwards so I guess it wasn’t all that bad! 😉
