My mother and I threw my sister-in-law a baby shower yesterday and it turned out wonderfully! We had a great time stuffing our faces with yummy goodness (thanks Grandma!!), playing the typical fun baby shower games and sharing in fellowship with all the great women who support Michele! Since Michele never got to have a bridal shower, we thought it might be nice to throw more of a beautiful baby shower than a cutesy one. We used white lace, antique silver, white lilies (her favorites) and roses, and touches of pale blue with hints of retro baby! It turned out so beautiful, not to mention the amazing smell the lilies gave off!
My good friend Kym did the cupcakes! Can you say AMAZING!!! It took all the will power I had not to devour all them out of the Box! She has started her own cupcake business called Temptations by Kym. If you would like her Info let me know!
At the end of the shower, the randomly selected diaper name tag with the “poo” stain in it won a prize!
