Salad Plate Portions

Well, today was the first day my hubby and I decided to eat our meals off of salad plates instead of regular dinner plates. It cut our portion in half! We have tried over and over to eat less, but I have a bad habit of always making to much. We’ve done a pretty good job eating less carbs and more veggies, so we needed to work on portion control! This was an easy and sensible solution! lol now as long as we don’t go back for seconds or even thirds, this should work out great!
